Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange and return of goods
Our company policy provides for a period of 14 calendar days for exchange or return. After 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Exchange means giving up the purchased item and replacing it with another one in a different color, size, or similar item of your choice.
Exchange conditions
To be eligible for a replacement, you must complete the following points at the same time:
- the goods must not be used , not damaged , in their original packaging, i.e. to be in the same condition in which it was received.
- complete an exchange/return form , which you can download here, by attaching the form with the returned item.
- to attach the document certifying the purchase / invoice, receipt, receipt /
- the item must be returned within 14 days of requesting a replacement.
The purchased item that you wish to exchange can be sent by courier without undue delay.
Once we receive the returned item and ensure that it meets the conditions described above, we will send you the desired replacement item within 4 working days. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are entirely at the Customer's expense.
In case of difference in the price of the new item,
- if it is more, the Customer pays the difference
- if it is less, refund the Customer the difference to the specified bank account /IBAN/
Return conditions
In order to be eligible for a return, you must simultaneously complete the following points:

- complete an exchange/return form , which you can download here, by attaching the form with the returned item.
- to attach the document certifying the purchase / invoice, receipt, receipt /
- the goods must be returned within 14 days of requesting a return.
The purchased item that you wish to return can be sent by courier without undue delay.
Once we receive the returned item and ensure that it meets the conditions described above, within 14 working days, we will refund you the value of the returned item (shipping costs are non-refundable). Return shipping costs are entirely at the Customer's expense.
If you have not yet received the amount of the returned item, please check your bank account first. Contact your bank, in some cases it takes time to process and register the transaction.

If all conditions for return or exchange are not met, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the amount for the returned item.
