Payment and delivery methods
We offer our customers various options when paying for their orders, as they can choose from the following payment methods:
- by bank transfer - transfer of the amount due for the order to the trader's account ( in this case, the order will be processed after receiving the transfer ).
- by credit or debit card American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay ( in this case the order will be processed after receipt of payment authorization ).
- cash on delivery - payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the shipment.
- with cash on delivery - payment via the POS terminal of the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
For the delivery of your orders, we trust the courier services of SPIDI and EKONT companies.
The value of the delivery is determined by the weight and volume of the shipment, the method of receipt - from an office or to an address.
Orders placed before 4 p.m. are returned within the day, orders placed after 4 p.m. are processed the next day. The delivery time is up to 3 working days to the address or office of a courier specified by the Customer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the first business day.
Possible delivery delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delivery delays if:- incorrect or non-existent delivery address of the Customer
- incorrect or incomplete telephone number or email address of the Customer
- due to the fault of the courier for technical reasons, bad weather conditions and other force majeure conditions beyond our control
- The customer did not provide the necessary conditions for delivery of the shipment to the specified address or did not show up for collection at the specified courier office.
Upon receipt of the shipment, each customer is given the opportunity, before making payment to the courier, to open and inspect the item(s) received to ensure conformity with those ordered, as well as for the presence of damaged packaging, damaged product or other visible defects. In the case of finding such, the Customer has the right to refuse the acceptance of the shipment, notifying us by phone or email.
Upon acceptance of the shipment without comments by the Customer, it is considered that the purchase corresponds to the type and condition of what was ordered.
The specified methods of delivery and payment do not deprive the Customer of his rights under the PPA.
